Office Acquisition

DS Real Estate has purchased The Mint, a 118,000 sq ft office building in Leeds, from UBS for £16 million. This deal was secured at a 26% discount from the listing price. The Mint, situated in the Holbeck Urban Village area, is fully leased to Jet2.com and Jet2holidays and has a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
