Canada Life Asset Management has extended an £18 million fixed-rate loan to SG Rocks for its purchase of York House, an office building in London, from CBRE IM. This five-year loan will support SG Rocks in adding the 51,483 sq ft multi-let office on Kingsway to its portfolio.
